Engineers

We’re looking for Engineers of all levels.

Locations: Sacramento, Chico, Eureka, Santa Rosa, Modesto, Ukiah, CA, Seattle, WA 

What You’ll Do

• Support geotechnical design projects (transportation, water/wastewater, storm recovery). 

• Prepare permits, assist with scheduling, and perform field explorations. 

• Collaborate with senior staff, clients, and subconsultants. 

• Grow into leadership and client-facing roles as you advance. 

Who We’re Looking For 

• Entry-level grads (Civil Engineering B.S. required). 

• Mid-level engineers (2–12 years, EIT/PE preferred). 

• Senior-level engineers (12–15+ years, P.E. required, leadership experience). 

• Driven team players who are eager to learn and take on responsibility.

Geologists

We are looking for Geologists of all levels. 

Locations: Sacramento, Chico, Eureka, Santa Rosa, Modesto, Ukiah, CA, Seattle, WA

Type: Full-Time

The Opportunity 
We are hiring Geologists at multiple levels (Entry through Senior) to support geotechnical and environmental projects. These roles include both office and field responsibilities, with opportunities to advance as you gain experience. 

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit permit applications. 
• Assist with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and field investigations. 
• Conduct soil, rock, and environmental sampling. 
• Log and process field data for reporting. 
• Support geotechnical design projects in transportation, water/wastewater, and storm damage recovery. 

Qualifications 

• B.S. in Geology, Engineering Geology, or equivalent. 
• Entry-Level: internship preferred. 
• Staff Geologist I–III: 1–6 years of experience. 
• Senior Staff Geologist: 6+ years, with leadership/client-facing experience.
